Using TubeMate on Windows
Work through these sections in order the first time, or jump to a problem you already hit.
Fetch the EXE only from our download page. Compare the SHA-256 line before launch. After setup, pin TubeMate to the taskbar once a test file plays correctly.

Higher pixels need more disk and time. For phones, 720p or 1080p MP4 is usually enough. For editing, pick the highest clean stream available. Audio-only exports skip video muxing entirely.
- Pause other heavy downloads on the same connection.
- Use wired Ethernet for 4K or 8K files when possible.
- Enable parallel mode if your build exposes it in settings.
- Try a lower resolution temporarily to test the route.
Grabbers hook network APIs, so heuristics sometimes flag a clean installer. Verify the hash, scan with a second engine you trust, then add an exclusion only if both checks pass. Details sit on the safety page.
Open the manager panel, select a waiting row, and use move-up or move-down. Some builds also allow drag-and-drop. Active downloads may need to pause before reordering.
Run the EXE as a standard user when possible. Decline unrelated bundled software if a screen offers extras. Grant storage access so completed files appear in the player list.
- Hash mismatch → delete the file and download again.

- Disk full → free at least twice the expected size.
